Title：High-energy Efficient Layer-3 Network Architecture based on Solitary Universal Cloud Router and Optical Aggregation Network
Abstract：This paper proposes high-energy efficient future-Internet architecture. All traffic is aggregated to a solitary universal cloud router through an optical aggregation network. Evaluation shows power consumption can be reduced to 1/1000 compare to present Internet.

President Obama said that smart GRID is the next ARPAnet.  smart GRID has a chance to create new service and business chance in next 10 to 15 years.  To meet it, we are thinking about the EVNO as new energy service provider.  In other words, like Google in Internet, we can create new energy  service such as energy tread system, battery for energy supplier.  We will become a new player for energy business.
