PROF. YAMANAKA BECOME IEEE COMMUNICATION SOCIETY ASIA PACIFIC DIRECTOR

Prof. Yamanaka become IEEE Communication society director as a
representative of Asia Pacific.
Prof. Yamanaka became yougest IEEE Fellow in Japan when he is 42 years
old and very active
in the area of high-speed network and optical network. In addition, He
has been working for APB
for more than 18 years as a officer.
He will conduct following things during his director period from 2010.1
to 2011.12
(1) Asia Pacific has more than 10K members, that is the largest region
except north america. We
will get a good visibility.
(2) We will award active member in this regin not only young researchers
but also othre activities.
(3) We will make good human communication among Asia Pacific.
