In<br \/>\nCloud C-plane, the forwarding functions and control functions are<br \/>\ndecoupled, and the control functions are placed in the cloud. In<br \/>\naddition, physical network topology is modified to improve the energy<br \/>\nefficiency when the load of traffic changes. The routing engine on a<br \/>\ndynamically reconfigurable processor (DRP) is a key component of Cloud<br \/>\nC-plane.
